My name is Crystal and I am a wedding cake designer, specialising in creating elegant and delicious wedding cakes that are designed and made from my home in the beautiful county of Somerset.

My passion lies with creating cakes that not only look stunning but taste outstanding. Using ganache and buttercream as my primary mediums, I like to think of my cakes as edible pieces of art.

I love working with fresh and dried flowers, and exploring the different ways these can add elegance and dimension.

I know how lucky I am to be able to combine my passion with my career. I put everything into every cake I create and love the whole process, from talking to clients about their desires for their cake, to the complete masterpiece. But my ultimate satisfaction is when I have setup at the venue and I stand back and see what I have created. That feeling never gets old.
